We work with the international staffs of multinational firms to develop “How To” Guides which explain (in layman’s terms) the very complicated but important rules, regulations and best practices attendant to export licensing, ITAR, FMS, FMF, etc.

The 2009 and earlier editions of Raytheon’s “A Basic Guide to International Sales” have been cited by senior U.S. Government officials as “the best collection of its kind available.”
